Specifically designed for men and women who want to workout 4 days per week and want to build functional strength, lean muscle mass, improve athleticism and get more flexible by simply using dumbbells, bands, yoga blocks, or just your bodyweight. With your commitment, dedication and discipline, you will see results in just 8 weeks! The week is split into a 4 day workout Workout 🅰️ is Week 1 and 3. Workout 🅱️ is Week 2 and 4. It can be done with minimal equipment. This workout is designed to target multiple muscle groups. Start by repeating the WARM UP routine twice. The workouts are completed in 3/4 sets of 10/15 reps and repeated as a 45/60-minute circuit. New monthly workouts are updated on the last day of each month! Every month of training is new with lots of variety kept simple yet effective, designed by DAZZA, built for you, to deliver great results while keeping your training fun and interesting. Day 1: Push Day "Chest & Triceps" Day 2: Pull Day "Back and Biceps" Day 3: Push Day + Leg Day "Shoulders and Lower Body" Day 4: Full Body Day "Total Body Combination"
